UBX-032EMD100 Senseca UBX-032 Flow Monitor

The UBX-032EMD100 is a mechanical paddle-type flow monitor for detecting flow or no-flow conditions in liquid pipelines. A metal-bellows-supported paddle directly actuates a gold-contact microswitch. The oval-flange UBX-032E version is designed for nominal pipe size DN 100; the switching point is factory-set for the specified pipe diameter.

Installation and Ordering Notes

• Standard mounting is for horizontal flow. Other positions may be possible, but orientation affects the switching point and range.
• Provide a straight calming section of 10 × DN at both inlet and outlet.
• Use standard pipe wall thickness according to DIN 2448 for conditions matching factory calibration.
• Install a filter where the medium may contain contaminants.
• The switching point is factory-set for a defined pipe size and secured against later adjustment.
• Specify flow direction, medium, pipe diameter and required switching point when ordering.
• For mineral oils, switching values and Qmax depend on viscosity; provide oil type or viscosity and operating temperature.
• Process gasket is not included in the scope of supply.
