The UBX-025HMD065 is a mechanical paddle-type flow monitor for checking flow or no-flow conditions in liquid pipelines. A metal-bellows-supported paddle directly actuates a microswitch. The switching point is factory-set for the specified nominal pipe diameter.

Installation and Ordering Notes

• Standard mounting is for horizontal flow. Mounting orientation affects the switching point and range.
• Provide a straight calming section of 10 × DN at the inlet and outlet.
• Use standard pipe wall thickness according to DIN 2448 for conditions matching factory calibration.
• Install a filter where the medium may contain contaminants.
• The switching point is factory-set for a defined pipe size and secured; specify pipe diameter, flow direction, medium and required switching point when ordering.
• Process gasket is not included in the scope of supply.
• For mineral oils, switching values and Qmax depend on viscosity; provide oil type/viscosity and temperature.
