UB1-025HM Senseca UB1 Flow Switch
The UB1-025HM is a mechanical paddle flow switch from the Senseca UB1 family for monitoring water flow in industrial pipework. Flow deflects a paddle supported by a metal bellows, which actuates a microswitch. The transparent cover allows visual function checks.

Installation and Ordering Notes
- Standard installation is horizontal with flow inwards. Other positions may be possible, but mounting orientation affects the switching point and range.
- Provide a straight calming section of 10 × DN at the inlet and outlet.
- Install a filter if the medium contains dirt or particles.
- For vibration-prone installations, secure the paddle fixing as recommended by the manufacturer.
- For the flanged version, the flange seal is not included in the scope of delivery.
- Specify flow direction, medium and required switching range when ordering.
